Check-in Policy

• Early arrival: Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to truly appreciate the experience.
• Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, in order to prevent delays for other guests.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. As a courtesy to other guests, please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule. Failure to show for appointments may result in a $25.00 "no show" charge.

Children & Teens
18 years and younger must have parental consent for treatment and be able to sit quietly through their treatment. For children under 12 that are not being treated, please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.

Returned Check Policy
All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

Product Return Policy
Products returned within 10 days will receive a full refund. All other refunds within 30 days will be prorated and approved by an administrator. NO refunds or exchanges will be made for any product returned after 30 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates
Certificates make an ideal gift for any special occasion. Certificates can be purchased for a specific service, package, or dollar amount. Phone and mail orders accepted.
