Radiesse

Loss of facial volume (lipoatrophy) is caused by loss of facial fat - as we age or experience illness or trauma. Facial wasting is a common problem for those suffering from HIV. The results appear as hollowed-out or flat cheeks – or a visible sunken look in the mid-face. Smile lines may appear, along with folds around the nose and mouth, while the chin and jawline loses it shape and contour. Radiesse is a painless alternative to surgery. It is safe, effective and has been used worldwide in over 150,000 procedures – all performed with simple, painless injection treatments. Radiesse is truly an amazing treatment which offers “instant amazing results.”

Radiesse – How it works:
Radiesse injectable filler is used in various cosmetic, reconstructive and therapeutic treatments worldwide. It is composed of smooth calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHa) particles which are suspended in a water-based gel carrier. It was proven safe and bio-compatible in numerous soft-tissue applications. The injections are painless and precise with results lasting, up to three years, in many cases. Most patients realize immediate results. Follow-up treatments may be needed but are well worth it.
