Per Georgia state law – all injectable treatment must be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed physician – with that physician being on-site during the procedure. Dr.Hupman’s RN – Dot Hupman (RN/MSN) has been performing all injectable treatments for over ten years and has done hundreds of injectable treatments under Dr. Hupman’s direction. Juvederm™ - How it works…
Before your treatment you will be prepped and made totally comfortable. The correct formulation (Ultra or Ultra Plus) – will be injected into specified areas – using a very fine, tiny needle. This will take about 15 minutes or more. Since Juvederm™ is a smooth gel that flows easily and consistently into the skin – this treatment is painless. Any swelling and tightness goes away within 7 days or less.
